Through our commitment to well structured systems, Pedavoli Architects has achieved full third party certification for our Quality Management System under ISO AS/NZS 9001:2008 with DLCS International.

Establishing a framework for the management and service delivery of all commissions minimises risks to the projects the company undertakes.

Specifically, quality service is achieved by:

• developing a comprehensive scope of work;

• ensuring the client is appropriately informed throughout the phases of a project;

• the systematic planning and review of design and documentation activities, and;

• complying with applicable standards, specifications and statutory requirements.

The Management System is subject to ongoing review for continued suitability. PA believe that the provision of quality based products and services will provide the cornerstone for future competitive advantage, enhance our reputation and promote our long term success.
